Client Terms, Conditions & Service Acknowledgment

By booking a service with Sacred Embers and/or Raven’s Rest, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Nature of Services

Sacred Embers and Raven’s Rest offer spiritual, energetic, educational, intuitive, and wellness-based services. These may include Reiki, Reiki classes, tarot and oracle readings, somatic support, life coaching, Bio-Harmonic Resonance, herbal wellness guidance, apothecary instruction, energy cleansing, geobiology, sylvotherapy/forest therapy, divination instruction, and wedding officiant services.

These services are intended for relaxation, personal reflection, spiritual insight, stress support, education, and general wellbeing.

Not Medical, Legal, Financial, or Mental Health Advice

I understand that services provided by Sacred Embers and Raven’s Rest are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, diagnosis, prescription, or crisis support.

Practitioners do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental health conditions. I understand that I should consult a qualified licensed professional for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency concerns.

Personal Responsibility

I understand that all services are voluntary and that I remain fully responsible for my own choices, actions, interpretations, and decisions before, during, and after my session.

Tarot, oracle, divination, coaching, energetic, and spiritual services are not guarantees of future events or specific outcomes.

Herbal and Apothecary Guidance

I understand that herbal and apothecary information is offered for educational, spiritual, traditional, and general wellness purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

I agree to consult a qualified healthcare provider before using herbs or wellness products, especially if I am pregnant, nursing, taking medication, preparing for surgery, have allergies, or have a medical condition.

Consent to Participate

I understand that participation in any session is voluntary. I may pause, stop, ask questions, or decline any part of a service at any time.

For touch-based or energy-based services, I understand that consent will be respected and that I may request a no-touch or distance-based approach when available.

I agree to communicate any boundaries, discomfort, allergies, injuries, medical considerations, sensitivities, accessibility needs, or concerns before or during my session.

Bio-Harmonic Resonance

I understand that Bio-Harmonic Resonance is a non-invasive relaxation and self-awareness experience that may use sensors and sound to create a personalized audio experience. It is intended for mindfulness, relaxation, reflection, and general wellbeing. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or treatment.

Somatic Support and Coaching

I understand that somatic support, mindset work, and life coaching are supportive and educational services. They are not psychotherapy, licensed mental health care, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.

I understand that I am responsible for listening to my body and may choose not to participate in any exercise, breathwork, reflection, or practice that does not feel appropriate for me.

Results and Experiences

I understand that individual experiences vary. Sacred Embers and Raven’s Rest do not guarantee specific physical, emotional, spiritual, energetic, relational, financial, or predictive results.

Appointments, Cancellations, and Late Arrivals

I understand that appointments are reserved specifically for me.

Cancellations or reschedule requests should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time whenever possible.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session so that later appointments are not affected. Missed appointments or no-shows may be non-refundable or may require prepayment before booking future services.

Payments, Discounts, and Vouchers

I understand that payment may be required at the time of booking or at the time of service, depending on the service and booking method.

Discounts, vouchers, promotional offers, and coupon codes must be used according to the terms listed with that promotion. Discounts may not be applied retroactively and may not be combined unless specifically stated.

Minors

Clients under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. Some services may require a parent or guardian to be present or may require prior approval before booking.

Right to Refuse or End Services

Sacred Embers and Raven’s Rest reserve the right to refuse, pause, or end a service if a client behaves in a way that is unsafe, inappropriate, threatening, disrespectful, intoxicated, or outside the agreed purpose of the session.

Emergency and Crisis Situations

I understand that Sacred Embers and Raven’s Rest do not provide emergency, crisis, or medical intervention services. If I am experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or thoughts of self-harm or harm to others, I should contact emergency services, a crisis hotline, or a qualified professional immediately.

By booking, purchasing, or participating in a service, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
