Sacred Embers Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Due to the nature of our products, the following are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Crystals

• Oils

• Custom or handmade items

• Consumables

• Weighed herbs and botanicals

Weighed herbs and botanicals cannot be returned under any circumstance.

Opened body products or ingestible items cannot be returned.

If a return is approved, customers may choose either store credit or a refund to the original form of payment. All returns are subject to management approval.
